Guy Grundy is available for the online bodybuilding coaching program. A 10 min one in one telephone or zoom consult with Guy, we’re he will listen to you as you explain your training goals & current situation. Guy will then design a personalized program that is structured & suited to each client individual & their lifestyle. You will then receive your training program via E-Mail
We will then have a follow up zoom call to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your training & the exercises suggested.

From the streets of Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, California. As a successful businessman, producer & actor, Grundy built himself into the man & success he is today. He never finished high school;
he was educated on the street & through countless failures & disappointments. Grundy failed more than most, but he also learnt from every failure. Therefore, he learnt more than most.
He was fortunate to have some great men look out for him & take him under their wing, & teach him about business, people & life.

Suffered from Malnutrition as a child & became a 2 x Mr. Australia & placed second at the World Championships twice.
Grundy had no trainer, no nutritionist or diet guru, no posing coach. He did it all himself!
- Grundy Trained numerous State & National Champions & an IFBB pro in Australia & the USA.
- Has appeared all around the World doing seminars on training & nutrition
- Performed seminars on training & nutrition to the LAPD
- Guests posed all around Australia & internationally
- Appeared on Australian Tv in shows such as Simon Townsend's Wonder World, numerous National commercials such as Pepsi & ad campaigns for Australia’s leading companies.
- Grundy never had a manager or promoter, every tour, every guest pose & every sponsorship deal he made happen himself.
- He was sponsored by Vital Strength & Weider in Australia & Kaizen Nutrition & ProFight in America.. All long term deals.

He was unable to read or write at 13 & was banned from all sports for 6 months to attend a special reading school for children with learning disabilities. He literally rode the short bus to
and from the Prince of Wales Hospital every day.
- He has had over 100 articles published worldwide in Health, fitness & MMA.

where he photographed the top bodybuilders as they trained & listed the true weights used and how many reps.

- He was kicked out of home at 16 & lived in a building that was set for demolition.
- He would work every job imaginable at 16, he never completed high school. His options were limited. He worked nothing but demanding & physical jobs.
